Digital Products

All METRIX METHOD™ products are digital educational programs delivered immediately upon purchase.

Because of the digital nature of our products and instant access:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Once access is granted, digital content cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused.

For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • We do not offer refunds based on results or lack of results
  • We do not offer refunds for misunderstanding of program content
  • We do not offer refunds due to time constraints or non-compliance

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, requirements, and FAQs before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product
  • Proven technical errors that prevent access and cannot be resolved

Any approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of METRIX METHOD™.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate loss of access to purchased content
  • Suspension of current or future access to METRIX METHOD™ products
